Our solid expertise comes from our members’ past involvement in implementing this consultancy & simulation work, either directly or through assisting other architects & engineers, on a series of different projects that required extensive green certifications studies and Performance simulation; all aiming to serve worldwide class projects.
Carrying more than 12 years of profound experience in dealing with Hotels, Office Buildings, Hospitals, Malls, Retail Outlets, Sports buildings, Assembly buildings, High rise towers, Cultural buildings, Restaurants, Residential and Educational facilities, our dedicated team continues in this sustainability and design optimization path in SEEDS delivering a non-comprising best in this field.

Founded in May 2011, SEEDS is a Lebanese-based company, with regional offices in Dubai; established to professionally serve these sustainability needs of Lebanon, the MENA region and beyond.
