This prestigious cargo handling facility project, designed by Italian firm F&M Ingegneria, is located next to the current Midfield – CT01 terminal and shall be broadly comprising of short term warehousing space, office spaces, ablution facilities, roads and other common infrastructure. It is meant to meet the increasing needs of the home carrier Qatar Airways, and its capacity is expected to be among the largest in the world.
