This reference project is designed by Norwegian-American architectural firm Snøhetta, featuring chequerboard-patterned facades and plant-covered terraces carved into the roof and walls.
The development is made up of 9 basements and 20 upper ground floors and is targeting LEED Gold certification level and is targeting LEED Gold Certification level.
