The UAE Pavilion of the Expo 2020 in Dubai is taking its final shape! In addition to its impressive architecture designed by Santiago Calatrava, SEEDS International is pleased to be assisting Arabtec Construction LLC in constructing this landmark project in accordance with the highest sustainability standards of Dubai Municipality, Masdar, Expo 2020 and LEED Platinum.

This unique project will be part of the UAE and Dubai’s showcase to visitors in preparation for Expo 2020. This mall is part of a massive urban development project and is set to become Dubai’s number one attraction when the first phase opens in 2020.
SEEDS is assisting AE7 in optimizing the thermal comfort of the mall’s occupants and elimination of hot spots through highly detailed Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) studies of the HVAC systems design.

In its 5th edition in a row, the Beirut LEED Continuous Education Workshop 2019 took place on the 12th and 13th of April 2019 at the Gefinor Rotana Hotel - Hamra.
